Saudi FM calls for stopping forced displacement of Palestinians from Gaza

Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, has called for an immediate end to the forced displacement of Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip, emphasizing the need for an immediate ceasefire and the establishment of humanitarian corridors for delivering urgent relief aid.

These remarks were made during his phone conversations with the Foreign Ministers of the Czech Republic, Jan Lipavsky, and Brazil, Mauro Vieira.

In his discussion with Lipavsky, Prince Faisal highlighted the importance of an immediate ceasefire and addressed the military escalation in the region. He stressed the international community's responsibility to halt the Israeli occupation forces' attacks on civilians and health facilities in Gaza.

In his call with Vieira, Prince Faisal reiterated the call for an immediate ceasefire, the opening of humanitarian corridors, and the cessation of the forced displacement of Palestinians.

Besides the situation in Gaza, the ministers also reviewed bilateral relations and discussed ways to enhance them across various fields, as well as regional and international developments of mutual interest.
