UAE branded residences: JW Marriott announces Al Marjan Island resort to open in 2026

JW Marriott is set to open a branded residence on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

The luxury resort and residential development, created in collaboration with WOW Resorts and Marriott International, will be known as JW Marriott Al Marjan Island Resort and Residences. I

t is expected to open in late 2026 and will feature 524 residences, ranging from one to four-bedroom units and luxurious penthouses, as well as 300 luxury guest rooms.

The development will offer sea views and amenities such as seven dining venues, a spa, pools, and a fitness center. This project marks WOW Resorts' debut in the UAE and strengthens Marriott International's presence in Al Marjan Island.
