Nakheel launches new Rixos Dubai Islands units for sale amid branded residences boom

Nakheel, a Dubai-based master developer, launching the second phase of the Rixos branded residences on Dubai Islands.

This luxury waterfront project is being developed in partnership with Excelsior Real Estate and offers residents direct access to over 700 meters of private beach on a man-made archipelago located 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai.

Phase II of Rixos Dubai Islands includes 331 new one-to-four bedroom residences and duplex beach houses, with sizes ranging from 93 to 876 square meters. The apartments are designed to maximize airflow and natural light, and they feature expansive terraces with panoramic views of lagoons and surrounding beaches. The development also offers various amenities such as pools, gardens, and beachside snack bars.

Nakheel aims to set a standard for luxury living with resort-style facilities at Rixos Dubai Islands. The project aligns with Dubai's goal to boost tourism by increasing hotel supply, as it will eventually host over 80 resorts and enhance recreational and wellness offerings. This development is in line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan to create vibrant waterfront communities.

The launch of the second phase of Rixos Dubai Islands reflects the strong growth and investor interest in Dubai's branded residences market segment. Experts anticipate that the number of branded residential projects under construction in Dubai will more than double by 2030, driven by the demand for luxury living and high-quality amenities associated with major brands, including hospitality, gastronomy, luxury fashion, and automotive.
