Cabinet praises the positive outcome of the Saudi-African Summit, other key summits

The Saudi Arabian Cabinet, chaired by King Salman, praised the positive outcomes of the Saudi-African Summit, which promises enhanced cooperation with African nations through development projects and agreements.

The Cabinet also reviewed communications from global leaders and discussions led by Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman aimed at strengthening international partnerships and regional stability.

The Cabinet highlighted the importance of the Joint Arab Islamic Extraordinary Summit, focusing on supporting the Palestinian cause. It emphasized the need for greater cooperation within the Gulf Cooperation Council in response to global security challenges.

Key approvals by the Cabinet included establishing diplomatic relations with Laos, cultural cooperation with Italy, Spain, and Cuba, judicial cooperation with China, and tourism cooperation with Thailand.

The Cabinet also sanctioned Saudi Arabia's accession to the Global Alliance for Building and Construction and the WHO International Agency for Research on Cancer.

Additionally, agreements for investment and educational collaboration with Kazakhstan and Greece were approved, as well as a news exchange agreement with Iraq and the establishment of the Regional Center for Sustainable Development of Fisheries Resources.

The National Development Fund's participation in the World Economic Forum was also confirmed.
